After placing an order please email your images, order number and any further information to henry@concreteschoolyard.com

If your images are of suitable quality and the correct proportions your order will be produced and dispatched within 1 working day.

If your images require adjustments we'll be in touch with product mock-ups to confirm details prior to production, so do keep an eye on your emails.

Generally speaking if your images present well on your screen at the size you'd like them printed then you're good to go.

Every image submitted is screened and then rendered if necessary to optimise the finish of the final product. We're able to produce superb quality prints and will do the best digital footwork we can to ensure your order reflects this (of course the best way to ensure this is a clean higher quality image to begin). For lower resolution images a variety of methods can be utilised to cleanly upscale your design without significant digital artefacts or pixelation.

If you would like confirmation that your images are of suitable quality to print then please email henry@concreteschoolyard.com with the following information;

• The product you are interested in, including details such as shape or size

• Copies of the images you'd like printed

• If necessary, any further comments regarding design such as scale, positioning or similar

By submitting images for a custom printed product you are confirming that your images are within the public domain, are your original designs or that you have acquired the permission of the rights holder of the design for production of your custom product.

When ordering multiple custom patches you're welcome to use a different design for each patch. 

If you place an order for a pack of 5 patches you can provide a different image for each of the 5 patches.

If you require a shape or size which these options don't cover then our cut to shape patch service is suitable for producing patches of any shape and size up to 14" x 12". This bespoke service requires that you provide a copy of your design with a transparent background. 

You'll find discounted rates applied when ordering more than one pack of patches of the same shape and size on our main patch listing.
