General Shipping Information
Orders are dispatched in 100% recyclable cardboard packaging and sealed with Kraft paper tape if necessary. Lighting products are carefully prepared with recyclable foam edge protectors and padded cardboard packaging to ensure sufficient protection during transit.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. For custom orders if your images require adjustments you will be contacted via email with mock-ups to confirm any final details prior to production.

Framed prints and lighting products are always shipped via tracked courier services.
​
All other orders are typically shipped via standard services offered by Royal Mail, with delivery estimates as given below. The standard service does not provide tracking information, but there is an option to upgrade to tracked & signed shipping at a small additional cost when checking out.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
All orders are processed in a swift manner, however occasionally there are delays in delivery due to factors out of our control.

It's very rare that parcels go missing, however Royal Mail will consider a parcel as lost if it hasn't been delivered within a particular period as given below. If your order hasn't been delivered within the timeframe given below then please get in touch; we'll submit a claim for compensation with Royal Mail and ship a replacement out right away.

If the date of non-receipt given above is yet to pass then we aren't able to provide any further information aside from that offered by the tracking number (if a tracked & signed service was selected, the default standard service does not include tracking).

Less than 1% of outbound parcels go missing so it's unlikely your order has been lost and will hopefully be with you soon.
Expedited Shipping
If you're working with limited time then expedited shipping options are available an additional cost but will require a personal quote as prices and available services can vary day to day.

To give a rough idea, at the time of writing this a backpatch could be shipped today and delivered to the US in 3 business days via DHL for £25.50 (this price doesn't include the cost of the product itself)
