General Shipping Information:
Orders are dispatched in 100% recyclable cardboard packaging and sealed with Kraft paper tape if necessary.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 working days after confirming the details of your order.
Please note that large orders for ceramic tiles may take up to 10 working days to produce.
We offer flat-rate shipping within each of our product categories, meaning we will never charge you extra shipping when ordering higher quantities.
All orders are typically shipped via standard services offered by Deutsche Post, with delivery estimates as given below. This standard service does not provide tracking information, but there is an option to upgrade to tracked shipping at a small additional cost when checking out.

Free Shipping Over €50 Terms:
Eligible orders for free shipping will be dispatched via standard unregistered mail. Customers who wish to upgrade to registered, tracked shipping may add the ‘Registered Mail Upgrade’ product to their cart for €4.55. For more details on this promotion, please visit the Free Shipping Offer page.
Expedited Shipping:
If you're working with limited time then expedited shipping options are available an additional cost but will require a personal quote as prices and available services can vary day to day.

Import Duties and Taxes:
- EU One-Stop Shop (OSS) VAT scheme
Our business is registered under the One-Stop Shop (OSS) VAT scheme, which means we comply with EU-wide tax regulations to simplify your shopping experience. If you’re located within the OSS region, the price you see at checkout includes all applicable taxes. Rest assured, you won’t need to worry about paying additional taxes beyond what’s displayed at the time of purchase.
For our customers outside the OSS region, please note that additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply when your order arrives in your country. These charges aren’t included in the price at checkout and will be your responsibility. We suggest having a quick look at your country’s import rules or checking online for any potential costs—this way, there won’t be any surprises when your order is delivered.
Notice - EPR regulations effective 12 August 2026
Due to new and expanded Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) requirements taking effect across Europe from 12 August 2026, we are currently only able to ship to a limited number of European countries.
We are currently registering for representation for packaging EPR compliance in Austria, France and Spain.
We are also able to continue shipping to: Ireland, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Serbia, Slovakia, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Unfortunately, complying with these regulations can involve substantial annual registration, authorised representative and recycling scheme fees in each individual country, even for very small businesses shipping only a limited number of parcels.
We are genuinely disappointed that these regulatory costs currently prevent us from offering shipping to more European destinations. We would very much like to expand our reach again in the future as compliance options become more accessible.
